Roberto Fulcar, fue recibido en la Seccional Florida Sur del PRM

DIARIO ULTRAMAR, MIAMI, Florida.- El presidente de la Comisión Nacional de Estrategia y ministro sin Cartera de la Presidencia, Roberto Fulcar, fue recibido por un nutrido grupo de dirigentes, de la Seccional Florida Sur del PRM.
El acto estuvo encabezado por el presidente, Richard Montilla y el secretario general, Luis Lasosé, quienes le dieron la más calurosa de las bienvenidas.
También hicieron uso de la palabra para agradecer la visita de Roberto Fulcar, el primer vicepresidente, Kelvin Acosta, el secretario de Organización, Francis Martínez, el secretario Electoral, Rafael Valdez, la secretaria de Educación y Doctrina, Ruth de los Santos, el secretario de Comunicaciones, Norberto Martínez, el delegado por ante la JCE, Pedrito Ozuna, la ex secretaria general, Soledad Cruz, el suplente de Fiscal, Cristian Sánchez y el miembro, Tomás Callender, quienes a la vez externaron sugerencias y formularon preguntas puntuales.
El discurso central del acto estuvo a cargo de Roberto Fulcar, quien agradeció la receptividad y hospitalidad de los presentes, señalando y destacando el buen trato que siempre le han dispensado en la ciudad de Miami.
También se puso a la entera disposición de los dirigentes, recordándoles que nunca ha cambiado su número de teléfono y que siempre está presto y dispuesto a colaborar con cualquier compañero de su partido que necesite una mano amiga.
Exhortó y aspira a que en la seccional permanezca siempre la unidad, a fin de que no se detracten ni se utilicen zancadillas entre compañeros, y que se comiencen a ver como una verdadera familia perremeísta, para garantizar que el PRM se mantenga en el poder por muchos años.
Expresó haberse sentido muy satisfecho con su paso como ministro de Educación, debido a que salvó los dos años escolares de la pandemia.
Destacó que elevó la calidad de la educación, donde de 81 países evaluados por la prueba PISA, RD se encuentra en el número 11, algo nunca visto.
En la parte final respondió inquietudes o preguntas formuladas por diversos compañeros, asegurando que hay que prestarles mayor atención a los comunicadores informales de las redes sociales, porque ellos también suben contenidos que influyen en la gente.
Se comprometió a crear comisiones de estrategia por las diferentes secciones de la circunscripción II del exterior, argumentando que después de formadas todas serían juramentadas por la Dirección Nacional de Estrategia, que él dirige.
Destacó que implementará el Instituto del Futuro, debido a que todo apunta hacia el desarrollo tecnológico. En cuanto a la educación modular que es un enfoque pedagógico donde el contenido se organiza en unidades independientes y autosuficientes llamadas «módulos», que pueden combinarse para crear diferentes programas de estudio, precisó que abordará con más profundidad el tema en la puesta en circulación de su libro «Mi compromiso con la educación».
En cuanto a la promesa de campaña del 2020 de nombrar a quienes trabajaron como delegados, el ministro Fulcar se mostró muy receptivo y dispuesto a seguir tocando puertas para cumplir con los compañeros que aun están pendientes de una designación en la administración pública.
También comparecieron al recibimiento el primer subsecretario general, Jhoan Gómez, el segundo subsecretario general, Ángel Aguasvivas, la secretaria de Finanzas, Orquídea Olivo, la presidenta del Frente Femenino, Nancy González, el presidente de la Juventud, Juan B. Medina, el presidente de la región de Broward, Nelson de la Cruz, el presidente de la región de West Palm Beach, José Peña, el secretario general de la Juventud Rafael Valdez hijo, la directora ejecutiva del Frente Femenino, Rosa Espinal, las miembros del Frente Femenino, Maitee Attias, Milagros Brooks y Amalia Hurtado, el director de Prensa, José Alberto Matías, el miembro Ney Lapaix, entre otros importantes dirigentes.
